To reduce the risk of catching or spreading the flu virus H1N1 and to protect yourself from Swine Flu you should:

cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, using a tissue

throw the tissue away quickly and carefully

wash your hands regularly with soap and water. (Bioguard alcohol hand gel is ideal for cleaning your hands if you are not near running water).

clean hard surfaces (like door handles and remote controls). Bioguard antiseptic wipes are ideal for this.

Bioguard disinfectant Cleaning product range is effective for use in environments where either the virus H1N1 (swine flu) is present or a risk of the h1n1 virus presence.
